Westvleteren beer by Trappist monks from Belgium.
Trappist ales brewed by the monks of the Cistercian order of strict observance within the walls of the monastery, with the observance of secret technologies and recipes, are a unique style of beer and an important chapter in the history of world brewing. Trappist monks produce beer, liquors, household chemicals, foodstuffs, and cheese, among other things. The proceeds from sales go to monasteries and charity.
A 330ml bottle of reference ale for 1400 rubles is a good investment: the beer is stored for years, maturing and improving its flavor qualities.

To further enhance the festive mood, Brasserie Lambic on Bolshaya Ordynka Street has launched a winter menu update featuring dishes that are always on the New Year’s table, presented in the signature style of brand chef Vasily Ratner.
