Russian Restaurant Festival in Brasserie Lambic!
From September 15 to October 5, Brasserie Lambic will take part in the largest gastronomic project in the world — the sixth Russian Restaurant Festival.
Our brand chef Evgeny Goncharov has developed an author’s set of 3 dishes: venison carpaccio with berry gel from vodka, grilled zucchini with carrot puree and baked potatoes with mussels and parmesan.
In addition to the gastronomic set, each Lambic restaurant will be able to order a set called Café Courvoisier, which will include a bird’s milk dessert, a 25ml portion of Courvoisier VSOP French cognac and freshly brewed espresso.
The cost of the main set of three dishes is 1190₽
The cost of the dessert set is 590₽
