In the last three weeks we have fully restored all 11 Lambic restaurants and now we are ready to move on! The updated kitchen and bar menu is already waiting for you: we reduced prices on more than 20 items of the main menu, the hits from the past - poke with salmon and tuna, wasabi shrimp and mini lamb kebureks are back. We have added chicken nuggets to the beer snacks section, which we serve in one of three author's sauces of your choice. We added cod with mashed green peas with spinach sauce and sun-dried tomatoes to the main dishes section. And finally, what we've been asked for so often - a light summer menu! For example a salad with baked vegetables and corn oil, zucchini stuffed with lentils and lecho, fried tofu with green beans, and of course the traditional ocroshka on kvass! Add to this Aperol Spritz for 350 rubles daily from 12 to 16, author lemonades, kombucha with different flavors and natural refreshing smoothies! Everything says about the need to put matters aside and run to us on cozy porches to try new items! We are waiting for you!

We launched all the restaurants, the last one to fully work was the restaurant on Bolshaya Ordynka! Cozy summer verandahs are now in every restaurant and they are ready for a cheerful summer! From today and further every Friday and Saturday all the restaurants of Brasserie Lambic work till 3 a.m.! We are looking forward to seeing you with a good mood!

Cheers! We are opening a new Lambic! Today we have a new addition to our family - we launched our 11th Brasserie Lambic! It is located near Park Kulturi metro and historical Ostozhenka in a two-storeyed mansion in Turchaninov Lane 3s5 next to the Chaika swimming pool. The interior is designed in the style of a classic brasserie, loved by our guests for 10 years of the chain's existence. The bar already offers 20 kinds of beers on tap from the leading European breweries, and about 200 kinds of bottled beers from our Beer Atlas. The menu includes all Lambic hits - Belgian potato waffles with different fillings, live mussels in sauces, a large grill section, and others. On weekdays from 12 to 16 we make hearty business lunches from 500 rubles. The new restaurant has the biggest veranda Lambic! Dear friends, Lambic Brasserie returns after a forced pause in full staff and more! On June 16 we will open the doors of all our restaurants! Only summer verandahs will be working till June 23, after that all the restaurants will be accepting guests as usual. And finally, a long-awaited addition to the Lambic family - from June 23rd we open a new two-storeyed restaurant with a huge summer terrace near "Chaika" pool near Kulturi Park metro - Turchaninov Lane, 3c5. This is a set of lunches - targeted assistance for clinics in the Moscow region, for those who are now on the front line. Together with you we can help in the fight against Covid-19 and accelerate the process of getting our lives back on track, delivering to hospitals high-quality proper food, enriched with vitamins and micronutrients for the strength of doctors and maintaining immunity of patients. Only on March 8 in all Brasserie Lambic we treat girls with a unique dessert! We took one of the world's most famous dessert beers - Lindemans Kriek and made it into sorbet. The result is a unique combination of rich flavor with a subtle cherry aroma. Our brand-chef Artur Nam complemented the serving with original Belgian waffle and cherry confit. Come to Lambic on the International Women's Day and taste the unique dessert, enough for everyone!
